  1. Start by coming in the mat with your feet together.
  2. Now step back your right foot above 4 feet distance between both your feet.
  3. Toes are pointing on the front.
  4. Bring your hand together to your heart center.
  5. Look out in your front to focus on the fix point.
  6. Begin to fall your torso  to the forward.
  7. As you reach one leg behind you lift one leg in one straight line.
  8. Make sure that your torso and lifted leg foot in one straight line.
  9. Point the toes of lifted leg foot and look down to maintain the balance.
  10. Root down the all four corners to the standing leg foot.
  11. For  more balance reach your arms forward together.
  12. Hold this for few seconds keeping your legs strong.
  13. Do with the other side also.
  14. Release the posture by bring the lifted leg down and step back to the starting position.
