- Start by coming in the mat with your feet together.
- Now step back your right foot above 4 feet distance between both your feet.
- Toes are pointing on the front.
- Both the heels are aligned in one straight line.
- From here raise your hands up and your palms are facing down.
- Stretched your arms as someone pulling you in both the direction.
- Look toward your right-hand fingertips.
- Turn your right toe out and bent the right knee.
- Bent your knee so that your knees are above your ankle and your thigh is parallel to the floor.
- Create a 90-degree angle between your knee and thigh.
- Hold this for few seconds keeping your legs strong.
- Repeat the posture to the other side also.
- Release the posture by bring the arms down and step back to the starting position.
