  1. To start this pose, first standing on the mat with your feet together.

  4. Now, slowly shift your weight on to the left leg.
  5. Now maintaining the balance, bent your right knee and lift your right foot.
  6. Place the right leg on the left inner thigh.
  7. Then, raise your both arms over the head with the palms facing each other.
  8. Join your arms in Anjali Mudra.
  9. Engage your core and keep active your legs.
  10. Hold this pose for a few seconds with gentle breathing.
  11. To come out of this posture, slowly lowering your arms and bring your right leg down.
  12. Relax and repeat this for the other side also.
