  1. Start this asana with kneeling position with both the knee touch on floor.
  2. Now, place your both the hands on the floor with palms facing down.
  3. Gently place the crown of your head on the floor by keeping your neck comfortable.
  4. Your head balancing by your hands for support.
  5. Now, slowly lift your knees off the floor and straightening your legs.
  6. Now from the Head Stand Pose, begin by shifting your gaze slightly forward to prepare for the change in Scorpion Pose.

  8. Open the chest and lift the head up.
  9. Lift your hips higher towards the ceiling, creating space for your legs to extend overhead.
