- To start this pose, sit on the floor in Dandasana.
- Your legs are extended in front of you and hands are resting by the sides of your body.
- Now, inhale and fold your right knee back to the side of your right buttock.
- Then, fold the left knee back and place it to the side of the left buttock.
- Your ankles are externally rotated and active.
- Make sure that your ankle are face behind.
- Feel the pressure to the heels and knees.
- Bring the knees closer and your arms is resting on the thigh.
- The final posture requires the knees to touch each other.
- Hold this pose for few seconds.
- Keep your mind and body relax.
- Then, slowly release the posture and come back to the starting position.
