Step 1. You will stand facing in front of mat. Now, you turn the left foot out and you will step with right leg about 1 or 2 feet .
Step 2. Keeping right foot bendably, when you do this keep the hand by the side of waist. Especially the left hand and the left leg which is behind the hand. So, you come to know hip falling forward or not.
Step 3. We will now allow the hip to fall forward and we will kept over it.
Step 4. Now slowly as you leaning on right leg and start lifting the left leg gradually.
