Here is the step by steps instruction of this asana:

  1. For performing this Pose simply, lie down on the floor.
  2. Keep your entire body straight.
  3. Your legs are closer to each other.
  4. Raise your hands from the sideways. Place them on the floor at the shoulder level.
  5. Just check your position once, the hands are on at the shoulder level.
  6. Now, fold your legs from the knees and bring your heels closer to the hips.
  7. Now, inhale slowly and deeply to lift up your feet at this level. That your knees are just over the hips vertical to the floor.
  8. As we exhale slowly and gently, twist your lower body to the left side.
  9. Twisting the lower body make a pressure to the abdominal region.
  10. Keep your hands active to keep awareness to the abdominal area.
  11. Try to get your knees down to the floor.
  12. Kindly make sure that your hands and knees are together. Shoulder are completely stable on the floor.
  13. Now you move your head to the opposite direction and hold the posture.
  14. Now slowly come back and do the same process to the other side also.
