- Keep your entire body straight.
- Your legs are closer to each other.
- Raise your hands from the sideways. Place them on the floor at the shoulder level.
- Just check your position once, the hands are on at the shoulder level.
- Now, fold your legs from the knees and bring your heels closer to the hips.
- Now, inhale slowly and deeply to lift up your feet at this level. That your knees are just over the hips vertical to the floor.
- As we exhale slowly and gently, twist your lower body to the left side.
- Twisting the lower body make a pressure to the abdominal region.
- Keep your hands active to keep awareness to the abdominal area.
- Try to get your knees down to the floor.
